• Your phone must have a Gingerbread installed (as it uses the 2.x.x kernel & Gingerbread proprietary files).
• Any version of ClockworkMod must be installed.  To Download Click The Click Here button:

                                                                              

• ensure that you have a backup of your current ROM and user data.

• Copy The Downloaded .Zip Pack To the Root Directory of the External Sd Card Of Your Phone.
• Go To The CWM/RW recovery mode by Pressing Home+Power Button Together While Rebooting/Switching On.
• [Recommended] Do a Nandroid Backup of your current rom.
• Now from recovery main menu and select Wipe Data option.
• Confirm data wipe by selecting Yes.
• Choose Install Zip From Sd Card option.
• Select Choose Zip From SD Card option.
• Now select the downloaded Latest Firmware/Custom Rom And Confirm It.
• Wait till the rom is installed on you Android handset. 
• That's all. You've successfully flashed latest android update on your Android Smart phone.
