Download Latest Android SDK from Android Developer's website.You Can Also Download The Latest SDK Direct From Below:

2. After you have Downloaded Android SDK V r20.0.3SDK, run the setup and install it. By default it will be installed in C:\Program Files\Android\sdk or C:\Program Files(x86)\Android\sdk --If you are haveing x64 OS Version.

•  If you need to install Eclipse, you can download it from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/. We recommend the "Eclipse Classic" version. Otherwise, you should use a Java or RCP version of Eclipse.
• Start Eclipse, then select Help > Install New Software.
• Click Add, in the top-right corner.
• In the Add Repository dialog that appears, enter "ADT Plugin" for the Name and the following URL for the Location:

  https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/

• Click OK. If you have trouble acquiring the plugin, try using "http" in the Location URL, instead of "https" (https is preferred for security reasons).
• In the Available Software dialog, select the checkbox next to Developer Tools and click Next.
• In the next window, you'll see a list of the tools to be downloaded. Click Next.
• Read and accept the license agreements, then click Finish. If you get a security warning saying that the authenticity or validity of the software can't be established, click OK.
• When the installation completes, restart Eclipse.

• Download the ADT Plugin: ADT-20.0.3.zip (Do Not Unpack It).

Steps To Install It:

1. Start Eclipse, then select Help > Install New Software.
2. Click Add, in the top-right corner.
3. In the Add Repository dialog, click Archive.
4. Select the downloaded ADT-20.0.3.zip file and click OK.
5. Enter "ADT Plugin" for the name and click OK.
6. In the Available Software dialog, select the checkbox next to Developer Tools and click Next.
7. In the next window, you'll see a list of the tools to be downloaded. Click Next.
8. Read and accept the license agreements, then click Finish. If you get a security warning saying that the authenticity or validity of the software can't be established, click OK.
9. When the installation completes, restart Eclipse.
